Location and travel information For more information on how to get to the Gasunie by aircraft and train or by car and parking please look here.
Registration is mandatory Please use the Registration Form before the 23rd of September if you would like to attend the conference. It is not possible, because of security reasons, to enter the Gasunie building where the conference is being held without providing us with your personal details (as requested in the registration form) beforehand. As identification to enter the building are allowed a passport, ID card and driving license.
Cancellations If you have used the registration form but aren't able to come please send an e-mail to the organisation: gcel@rug.nl
Hotel suggestions In the centre of the city: Hotel Mercure is a less expensive option that is situated very close to the location of the conference. The family hotel Paterswolde is not located in the city and is an option if you are traveling to the conference by car.
