Residence permit and visas

(Image: Our LLB and LLM programmes receive applications from over 90 different countries around the world)

Most international students coming to study in the Netherlands must obtain the relevant residence permit and visas necessary to cover the duration of their studies. The University applies for these to the Dutch Immigration Serices (IND) on the behalf of accepted students. For full, and up-to-date information about all issues related to necessary permits and visas, please visit the visa and residence permit webpages of the university website, which are maintained by the Immigration Service Desk (ISD)

Please contact the ISD (isd rug.nl) should you have any questions regarding Dutch visas and residence permits.
