Financial Regulation and Civil Liability in European Law: Towards a More Coordinated Approach?

On 16 and 17 of November 2017 the Groningen Centre for European Financial Services Law (GCEFSL) in collaboration with the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS), University of London will hold an international roundtable conference on the topic ‘Financial Regulation and Civil Liability in European Law: Towards a More Coordinated Approach?’. It will take place at the West Indisch Huis (Herenmarkt 99) in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
This conference aims to explore the interplay between financial regulation and civil liability in the EU multi-level system of governance. For more information, please see the conference theme and the conference programme.
