Payment details

To participate in the summer school, participants are expected to pay a 200 euro participation fee. This fee covers the cost for the workshop as well as all accomodation and catering.

 

The deadline for the payment of the participation fee is the 31st of March 2009. Please make sure that the fee has reached us by that time.

 

Participants from EU countries are recommended to pay the participation fee by bank transfer, using the payment details stated below. Please note that participants are responsible for any transfer costs. Cancellations made after May, 22nd are not eligable for refunds.

To increase security, you can send the creditcard details in two separate emails. Please note that you will be charged an extra 5% if you pay by creditcard.   

 

Funding

The summer school cannot give travel and/or registration grants.

 

Please check with your own Institute or University whether they can help you with funding. Please do not hesitate to contact use if you need the summer school to provide you with documents to ensure your funding.
