Page content: Groningen has a wide variety of sports clubs, part of these are exclusively aimed at students. Below a small selection for those who would like to get some excercise. Unfortunately however most sites do not have a part in English.
The ACLO is the umbrella organisation for student sports of the University of Groningen and the Hanze University of Applied Sciences. The ACLO offers unlimited use of their sporting facilities for a student-friendly price. Because of that, the ACLO is the most important sports organisation for students in Groningen.
