For whom is the Open day on Location intended?
The Open day on location is meant for prospective students who to a large extent know what kind of study programme they want to do, and who would like to receive more specific information on one or more programmes. The difference with the Open Day in November is that the presentations about these programmes are longer and contain more specified information about the courses. The presentations will take place at various locations. Students will therefore be able to visit a total of four different programmes.
Registration is required
You can register for the Open day through this website from 1 to 30 January 2014.
Time schedule and programme of the Open day
All Bachelor programmes will be presented to the students during the Open day on location. The day is divided into four time periods: 9.30-10.45, 11.30-12.45, 13.45-15.00 and 15.45-17.00. Most programmes will give presentations on their programmes in two or three of these time frames. In addition, a few of the study programmes will present information during two longer sessions from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 16.00.
Provided that there is enough space, all information events will take place in the buildings where the programmes are located. You will receive information about the study programme, you can view laboratories, libraries and spaces for practica. You can attend trial lectures and speak to teachers and alumni. And of course, you can meet people to whom you might be sitting next to in class in the future.
