All matters concerning exams and graduation regard the board of examners. All members of the scientific staff are members of the board of examiners. The board of examiners has established regulations that are followed in matters concerning the examinations.
For the daily practice of exams and graduation the Board of Examiners always works by delegation. For the propedeutic examnation the delegation is usually formed from staff members that are involved in the teaching for first year students. For the master exams the leaders of the research groups in which the graduates have performed their research projects as well as other staff members participate.
