Repository

Electronic versions of final research reports (both bachelor research reports as well as master research reports) should be placed in the repository of the library. This makes the report available for the public.

 

The upload procedure is as follows:

 

1. Open the url: http://scripties.fwn.eldoc.ub.rug.nl/UDA/
2. The number of files that is being uploaded should be indicated through the dropdown menu: “the document consists of x files.
3. Subsequently click 'next'.
4. The name of the file to be uploaded should have the following structure:[field of study]_[bachelor or master]_[year]_[name of author].pdf  Example: Phys_Bc_2009_TCFolkerts.pdf 
5. Students should complete the follwing fields:
6. E-mail address (to this address a confirmation of the upload will be sent)
   File 1 to x: find and select the files to be uploaded via the Browse button.  Division: Via the drop down menu PHYS should be selected. Title: title of the report.
   Description abstract: short abstract of the report, max. 2000 digits,
   Number of pages: number of pages of the report
   Author(s):Surname, initials; e.g.: Jansen, A.B.
   Variants on name of the author: variants of  the name of the author; e.g.: Anton B. Jansen
7. Click on "send to UDA"
