Associations

GRIN is an association of PhD students that in turn represents them in Groningen. Every PhD student can contact GRIN with any problems, question or suggestion she or he might have and even if GRIN can not help directly, we will direct the PhD student to the right person.

As a member of the "Krans van Professorendames" (Ladies' Circle) you are the partner of a RuG-professor or member of the University Board.

Anyone who is employed by the RUG may join the Sports Association. After registration you may practice sports supervised or unsupervised.

A number of faculties and departments have their own staff associations. Even if that is not the case a number of staff activities will surely be organised one way or the other in your own work place.
