Audit study programmes in Biology

November 2009 the study programmes in Biology were audited by an external assessment committee.

The results of the committee have been published in May 2010 with an assessment of the following studyprogrammes in Groningen:

Bachelor programmes: 

• Biology
• Life Science & Technology

Master programmes: 

• Biology
• Ecology & Evolution
• Marine Biology
• Molecular Biology & Biotechnology
• Biomedical sciences
• Medical Pharmaceutical Sciences 

The committee concluded, on the basis of its assessment of the themes and standards from the assessment framework, that all study programmes mentioned above fulfill the formal requirements which are a prerequisite for accreditation.
