You can apply for a certified list of marks at the Office for Student Affairs. You will receive a schedule of your results in Dutch or English on faculty letterhead with an official stamp and signature.
You can only request a list of marks online. The printout will be available for pick-up the following working day from 11 p.m. Make sure you bring identification with you. This can be your student card or identity card. If you cannot pick up the list of marks yourself, we can post the list to the address known to us. You can authorize someone else to pick up the list, but this person will need to show identification.
The Office for Student Affairs can only supply lists of marks with results that are registered with the Faculty of Arts.
