Quebec
Festival: Quebec-Groningen 4-14 November 2011
This cultural event was organized in collaboration with the Stadsschouwburg/Oosterpoort, ForumImages, the municipality of Groningen and the Délégation du Québec à Bruxelles. During ten days, debates, films, theatre plays, musical manifestations and academic seminars presented and discussed a variety of issues comparing the two provinces, Quebec and Groningen.

Student Platform Event: Time for Sustainable Governance
Sustainable Development and Governance. Debate organized in collaboration with Prof.dr. I.J.J. Burgers (Law Faculty, University of Groningen).
The debate was introduced by Prof. Janda. Prof. Janda teaches Sustainable Development at the Law Faculty of McGill University Montreal, is a member of the Quebec Ministry of Environment Committee on Indicators for Sustainable Development and is part of the Centre for International Sustainable Development Law preparing for the 2012 Rio Summit.
