The Programme Committees
Every degree programme has a Programme Committee (OC) whose duties are:

to issue advice on the teaching and examination regulations

each year to assess the implementation of these regulations
-
issue solicited and unsolicited advice to the Faculty Board and/or the Director of the Institute for Undergraduate and Graduate Studies concerning all matters to do with teaching in the degree programmes.
Members of the Programme Committee
The members of the Programme Committee are appointed annually by the Faculty Board.
The number of members of each OC is listed in the appendix to the Faculty Regulations.
Division of seats and terms:

half of the members are staff involved in the degree programme (2 academic years)

half of the members are students from the degree programme (1 academic year)
The Presidium of the OC consists of a chair (staff member) and a vice chair (student member).
Meetings
The Faculty Board meets with the OC at least once every year; the Director of the Institute for Undergraduate and Graduate Studies is also present. The Director of Undergraduate and Graduate Studies meets with the OC at least twice a year about the implementation of the Teaching and Examination Regulations.
