Supervision Inspiromat

To supervise the student teacher, the supervisor needstools, but also inspiration. That is why we use the wordInspiromat. It has a Latin orgin and means "a collection of good examples". THe first part also refers to inspiration. The word is used in Czech language.

With Supervision Inspiromat we mean methods that the supervisor can use to stimulate, motivate, guide or support the student teacher in his/her learning process. A tool means a guideline for the supervisor to use a certain method. This can include instruments (like a checklist or a video).
