Publications


One of the aims of INNOTE is to publish publications with a focus on support for Newly Qualified Teachers.

The focus of the first publication was on the different induction systems in the countries of the INNOTE partners. An interesting perspective is that most of the systems focus on "surviving". Professional development of NQTs seems not to be the aim of the different systems, on government and on school level. Download report How EU countries support Newly Qualified Teachers. Part of this publications where country studies which can be downloaded below:

The second report will focus on good practices of induction (derived from work package 2) and an update of the literature analysis. The aim of this publication will be to support mentors who supervise NQTs.

The third report will focus on induction strategies and policies for schools and universities. This will derived from a second national document analysis and by interviewing stakeholders in each country.
