NQTs learning needs

In this work package the NQT's learning needs will be analyzed. To do so, we developed a structurized interview format. In each participating country, ten NQTs will be interviewed. Most partners did already finish this activity, although a few interviews still have to be done. Later this year we will report about the results of these interviews and link this information to the good practices (see above). It will be input for the second seminar and national workshops and for the intercultural courses.
