INNOTE partner NQT-COME organized a symposium about mentoring in induction at the NERA 2011 conference in Jyvävaskylä, Finland. Jan Folkert Deinum of the University of Groningen, Netherlands, was discussiant in this session, taking the perspective of the INNOTE project as a reflection on the foundings of the NQT-COME network.
