INNOTE symposium at ATEE 2011 conferenceINNOTE organized a symposium about induction at the ATEE 2011 conference in Riga (LV). The topic of the symposium was "Induction: surving or development". Presenters Karolina Duschinska, Richard Easton and Jan Folkert Deinum discussed from different perspectives to what sense induction systems and programs are meant to support the development of beginning teachers or if they are simply focused on surving the first year.
