General Technical Problems

When problems occur with the technical infrastructure please, in general, contact the Zernike Helpdesk who will make sure that the problems are assigned to the appropriate perople to get resolved:

• by e-mail at servicedesk.zernike@rug.nl, or
• by phone at 8100 or, alternatively, at 3232

For problems with the Linux WerkPlek please mention the subject "LWP" or "Linux WerkPlek". 

Wireless 

There is information available on how to work wireless for RUG personel. Also, you can apply for a wireless guest_account. 

Printing Problems

For accute problems with the default printers in the hallways (e.g., no paper, no toner, or the devices do not print for other reasons), please directly contact the secretaries at phone number 3939.

Educational Systems
