Also, some of the information for Exchange Students may be relevant (click here). To be admitted to the Master program Computing Science you need to use the new studielink system. You can click here to enter this online application system. You need to have to have a bachelor degree in Computing Science at a level comparable with one from a Dutch university. To be able to determine this we need the following:

See for instance http://www.ets.org/toefl/ for information about the new TOEFL test from ETS (Educational Test Services). When we receive all these documents a committee will convene. They decide about admitting you to our master program (as described in section 3.1 of the general document above). You will be notified of that decision. After that you need to confirm that you want to enroll, and if so the official subscription papers will be sent to you. Information about tuition fees can be found here.
