Talent Grants are offered to make MSc programmes accessible to select groups of foreign students. These grants are intended only to defray university tuition costs; specifically, they cover the extra fees levied to foreign, non-EEA students (the so-called bovenwettelijke collegegeld). Talent Grants are not intended to cover living expenses or pay for research.
