Research Master programme

Are you considering a career as an academic researcher? This Research Master's programme, which will train you to reflect critically on the general assumptions that inform scientific knowledge, morality, politics and culture, is the best preparation one can wish for!

Our two-year programme gives you the opportunity to develop your research interests and skills in one of the leading teaching and research philosophical faculties in Europe.

PhD degree programme

During our four-year PhD degree programme  students conduct their own research culminating in a dissertation. The Graduate School provides a balanced mix of expert supervision, tailor-made postgraduate training and the freedom to pursue your own ideas within a relevant research theme.

Each year the faculty provides funds for one or more PhD positions. The thesis topic is open. Vacancies are usually advertised in the summer.
