• Development of experimental and clinical microvascular and macrovascular complications in diabetes mellitus.

1. Comprehensive introduction into the field of vascular medicine and associated complications by experts in the field.
   
2. You will be offered the possibility to embark your own research project or participate in ongoing vascular medicine related research projects in Groningen or Mannheim.
   
3. The Medical Sciences Autumn School will take place in the UMCG and at a very stimulating venue: the Allersmaborg (a manor near Groningen).
