External facilities Information Management group Groningen (Dutch: Informatiebeheer Groep Groningen) The Information Management group enforces laws and regulations for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sciences, such as providing student grants and subsidies for the costs of study, and estimating the value of both foreign and domestic certificates and diplomas. The Information Management group also collects tuition fees, organises school exams and state exams and takes care of the central registration of first-year university students and students of the schools for higher vocational education.
