For any and all problems and questions that are not directly related to the structure or contents of your study, you can contact:

• Student counsellors
  For information, advice and support concerning your rights, your money and yourself, especially in case of study delay and problems with study finances.

• Information desk for Study and Occupation
  Offers a lot of information on studies and training courses in The Netherlands and abroad.

Central Student Administration (CSA)

Student psychologists

For mental support with personal problems or problems related to your studies.

Study Support

The courses offered by Study Support will teach you everything you need to know in order to make a success of your studies.

Ombuds office

Both employees and students of the State University Groningen can visit the Ombuds Officer and the Confidential Counsellor Sexual Harassment for information, help and advice.

Bureau International Collaboration
The bureau International Collaboration of the State University Groningen advises the Committee of Deans and the faculties concerning policy on internationalization with regard to research and education.

Student & handicap
Advice, help and mediation for students with a handicap or chronic illness.

Student and labour market
Study counselling and vocational guidance counselling for students and PhD students of the State University Groningen.

Brochures
Information on various financial facilities for students, child care, how to register a complaint, delay in studies, stopping temporarily, choice of study/change in study, studying abroad, etc.

Regulations
The literal text of all the rules and regulations concerning the issues mentioned above, and also concerning e.g. promotion, protection of privacy, administrative and electoral regulations.
