The HR Department of the Faculty of Behavioural and Social Sciences provides support and advice to the Faculty board, management, managers and individual staff members about personnel and organization matters.

Advice is provided, inter alia, in the fields of:

• development of personnel and organization
• staff recruitment
• sick leave and reintegration
• personnel assessments .

T his support includes matters such as the following:

• holding terms of employment meetings
• personnel administration, sick-leave administration, administration of appraisal interviews and career development interviews
• information about and implementation of terms of employment, CAO, legislation, and University and Faculty policies, regulations and procedures .
