Intro

The University of Groningen is an international institution with a many partnerships across the world, lots of international students from more than 60 different countries, and a global dimension to university life.

The Faculty of Behavioural and Social Sciences (BSS) is a vibrant Faculty with equally many international partnerships and students. As a research and knowledge hub focusing on individuals and society, the Faculty studies issues relating to human behaviour, the relationships between people, and society as a whole.

The Faculty of Behavioural and Social Sciences has three Departments, all of which warmly welcome inbound Exchange students: Pedagogy and Educational Sciences, Psychology, and Sociology.

The Mobility Office of the Faculty BSS manages all Exchange activities of the Faculty. These include providing advice and support to inbound and outbound Exchange students, and developing collaborative international partnerships for high quality Exchange.

If you would like to study with us as an Exchange student, you have to apply through the Mobility Office of your home university. Please take note of the following deadlines for your Application form:

For the first semester	June 1st of each year to start in September of the same year
For the second semester	November 1st of each year to start in February of the next year
