The board of examiners is appointed by the Faculty Board. It supervises the correct application of the education related procedures(OER) and deals in the first instance with students’ objections against the way procedures have been followed. In addition the board of examiners has the following tasks:
- Determines whether the requirements for the propedeutic, the bachelor’s and the master’s examinations have been met
- Issues the certificates
- Draws up the examination procedures
- Decides on measures to be taken in case of fraudulence
- Approves of students’ choices of optional subjects
- Decides on requests to follow course programmes at other faculties or institutes
- Determines which students are admitted to the course programme
