Mauro Zamboni is associate professor of law at the Stockholm University and the University of Bremen and a research fellow for legal scholarship of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences. His fields of interest are jurisprudence, transnational corporate law, comparative law and
the relationships between law and politics (mostly from a legal theoretical perspective) in general. In his dissertation, The Policy of Law, he has tried to sketch a model to explain how law and politics interract with each other and, in particular, the central role legal actors play in this interraction.
For the moment he is working on a project on transnational corporate law, in particular from a law-making perspective.
