Manuscripts conference regulating the public interest

At the conference on Tuesday november 17th, two new books will be presented in manuscript: one on regulation and self-regulation and the other on safeguarding the public interest, especially in the field of social security. Both books deal with the same topic: the rise of the regulatory state and the changing role of public and private regulation. Below, both the chapters and complete versions are available as PDF.  Printed versions of the manuscripts will be available at the conference.
