The Systems Biology Centre for Metabolism and Ageing

 

The Systems Biology Centre for Metabolism and Ageing (SBC-EMA) is one of three national systems biology centres funded by the Dutch Science Foundation (NWO).

It is a joint effort between the University Medical Centre Groningen and the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of the University of Groningen.

The Centre will be housed in the new building of ERIBA, the European Research Institute on the Biology of Ageing. 

 

SBC-EMA is organizing the following systems biology events:

September 24, 2012 - Symposium Systems Biology of Energy Metabolism and Ageing

September 25-28, 2012 - International Study Group for Systems Biology

  

 

The Centre has currently several job openings for excellent, enthousiastic PhD students and postdocs from various disciplines.
