Master's in Real Estate Studies

The one-year Master’s programme in Real Estate Studies (Dutch language) is centred around the key course Real Estate Development. In this course, various aspects of the real estate sector, such as housing, shops, offices and firm location, are explored. Other relevant themes are the planning and legal and financial considerations of real estate. This programme is a collaborative project with the Faculty of Economics.

Students with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Geography and Planning can unconditionally join this Master’s programme. Students with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Management, first need to follow the half-year Economics and Space Minor programme. Other Bachelor’s students not meeting these conditions need to follow the half-year Human Geography and Planning Minor programme before being admitted to this Master’s programme.
