Career tracks FEB
The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) offers talented researchers the opportunity to develop with a clear Career Track. Appointed to a Career Track position, talented academics have the opportunity to strengthen their research portfolio, improve their teaching and management skills and qualify for a full-tenured position and promotion.
The Career Track offers a clear career development path from assistant professor to associate professor within a transparent system of pre-defined appraisal methods and progression criteria. Within the Track, it is possible to follow a research or education profile. The structure is well-organized and provides ample amounts of supervision and support. The tenure decision is after no more than 18 months with a path to promotion after six years. After promotion to associate, it is possible to also move up to full professor.
