Nominations for scientific Customer Performance Awards 2012 made public

The Customer Insights Center of the University of Groningen, customer analytics bureau MIcompany and market research bureau MetrixLab announce the nominations for the Customer Performance Awards 2012. The awards will be presented on 2 February 2012 to the winners per sector and the overall winner.

The final winners of the Customer Performance Awards (CPA) are chosen from the top 100 Dutch service providers. On the one hand they must serve their customers well and on the other also profit in business terms, demonstrated both by significant customer loyalty and higher income per customer. The survey was conducted among more than seven thousand Dutch consumers.

 

The nominations per sector (in alphabetical order):

Retail: Bol.com, Ikea, Kruidvat
Financial services: De Friesland Zorgverzekeraar, Inshared, Univé
Energy: BP, ENECO, Shell
Transport: KLM-Air France, NS, QBuzz
Supermarkets: Albert Heijn, Dirk/Bas/Digros, Jumbo
Travel: Booking.com, Landal GreenParks, Sunweb
Telecom: Tele2, Vodafone, XS4ALL
