In this Master’s degree programme you will focus on planning and controlling operations during the entire life cycle of products and services, and on introducing and designing technological innovations for organizations. Core aspects include operations management concepts, facility design and planning, behavioural operations management, business process modelling and asset management. Graduates of this Master’s programme are able to define, diagnose and analyse operations management problems in technology-intensive industries and develop and evaluate solution approaches and technological innovations. Graduates are able to develop new planning and control concepts to improve processes and can assess product and process innovations in terms of their possible impact on the sociotechnical system of a business.
