Language Courses

Dutch Language Courses

The Language Centre offers both intensive and regular courses in Dutch for foreigners at various levels of proficiency. You can enrol for these courses by filling out an enrolment form and paying the course fee. Provisional enrolment and enrolment by phone are not possible. Enrolment forms can be obtained from the info desk of the Language Centre in the Harmony building (1st floor, wing 15, room 129), which is open from 9.00 - 13.00 hrs. When handing in the enrolment form, you must also pay the fee; either in cash or by means of a giro or bank cheque. You are required to show your student card or university registration form when registering at the Language Centre. Enrolment can take place until one week before the start of the course, but we advise you to enrol in time because a lot of students are interested. If an insufficient number of students register for a particular course it will be cancelled.

More information and tuition fees at the Language Centre website.

Exchange Students

EILC Courses

Erasmus students are given the opportunity to follow an EILC (Erasmus Intensive Language Course). No tuition fee is asked and students get a supplementary Erasmus grant for the duration of the course.

Online application forms and information about the courses.

The application should be submitted to the students’ home institution, which will be responsible for forwarding the applications to the course organisers.

English Language Courses

Although English Language courses are part of some programmes within the Faculty, these courses are not open to exchange students. If you are interested in following an English course you can do so with the Language Centre
