Welcome!

NEWS

Overview of upcoming alumni meetings (in Dutch).

We are currently developing new online networking opportunities. We have developed an AEB LinkedIn Group, for example, and are working on an online ‘smoelenboek’ (a ‘who’s who’) and a Facebook page. If you want to be kept informed of these developments, please subscribe to the online newsletter.

We would very much like to keep in touch with you after you graduate from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Groningen. Alumni are, after all, our best ambassadors; we therefore think it’s important to keep in touch.

Relationships

The aim of our alumni policy is to create a lifelong bond between the Faculty, alumni, and students. We consider these contacts very valuable because they provide a link between education and the business world. In addition, the Faculty wants to help alumni with their internships and final-year projects, as well as be a serious partner in investigating contracts.

We would also like to keep you informed of developments at the Faculty as well as support your career and help you get in touch with fellow alumni. We do this by organizing activities and by using LinkedIn, among other things.

Contact

The Faculty maintains contact with its alumni via the website, alumni days and alumni meetings, and via a bi-monthly electronic newsletter. However, we do need your current contact details. Please fill out this form to provide us with your contact information, and we can keep you informed of developments and activities.

The Groningen Economics and Business Alumni Foundation

This Faculty was created in 2007 after a merger between the Faculty of Management and Organization and the Faculty of Economics. Since January 2008, the Faculty, together with study association EBF, participates in an alumni foundation: the Economics and Business Alumni Foundation (AEB Groningen). The aim of the AEB is to promote contact between alumni, and between alumni and the Faculty. All FEB alumni receive a digital AEB newsletter. It is also possible to become a Foundation donor. As a donor, you will receive the EBF magazine (Prospect) 4 to 5 times a year, and you get a discount for, or free admission to, activities and training courses.
