On Friday 9 th of June, the faculty will host an event organised for the MSc students that are currently writing their MSc thesis and will most likely graduate in summer. In a relaxed atmosphere, with music, food and drinks - students and staff will meet each other. The festival will take place from 5-8pm in the garden of DBG.
We need some help for this festival e.g. setting up decorations in Duisenberg Garden, checking tickets/ handing out food vouchers during the festival and also cleaning up afterwards. The payment is 7 euros an hour.
If you are available on 9th of June from 11.30am to 3pm and/or from 4.30pm to 9pm and would like to help out then please send your email to: email@example.com.
Please email us before 2nd June and supply us with your name, student number, telephone number and also if you are available for the morning and/ or afternoon/ evening part.
With kind regards, Hester Huizinga School’s Out Festival team
