Admission and applicationExchange students participating in the ERASMUS or bilateral programme do not have to pay tuition fees. Students that participate in an exchange need to have an educational background in economics and/or business.Procedure There are four steps to complete your registration process: (1) First, the International Coordinator/Exchange Officer of your university will have to nominate you as a candidate. He or she will need to do so before 1 May (for 1st semester) or 1 October (2nd semester); (2) Once we have received the nomination by your university, we will then inform the Exchange Officer of your university about the details for online registration by the student. So this means that you will receive the log in details to register online from your International Coordinator/Exchange Officer; (3) You will then need to register online a.s.a.p. but certainly before 1 June (1st sem.) or 1 November (2nd sem.); (4) Once you registered online you will be requested to send us some additional information/documents in order to show you meet our entry requirements for exchange students: besides having an educational background in economics and/or business, we would need to receive proof of your English proficiency and if you want to take MSc/graduate courses, we would need to receive a photocopy of your Bachelor degree. Please refer to information below, points 1 and 2. We advise all students, but especially students that will need an entry visa/MVV, to make sure that we have their documents a.s.a.p.:
