If you remain in the building after closing time and in the weekend or plan to do so, please report this to the security staff (tel. 5520). They will make a note of your name, room number and telephone number and the length of time you intend to continue working.
When you leave the building you should inform security staff at Zernikelaan 1, either by telephone or in person. If security staff have not heard from you by the time you were supposed to leave the building, they will try to contact you. They may ‘search’ for you if they consider it necessary. We are introducing this measure in order to enhance your own personal safety and security.
