Facility manager

Facility manager duties: 

• The most important task is to optimise a comfortable and safe working environment and to tune the facilities to the wishes of the users of the Duisenberg Building and the Kapteynborg as best as possible. Supervises the correct use and management of common rooms.
• Furthermore, the responsibility for a consistent application and instruction of the safety recommendations and procedures within the RuG.
• Since there will be a number of renovations in the coming years, the manager is burdened with the planning and coordination of the use of replacement rooms meant for the users and supervises that the renovation activities in relation to the use of the building will go smoothly.
