Press registration

The Energy Delta Convention welcomes members of the working press to join us in Groningen, the Netherlands for the 8^th Energy Delta Convention to be held from 19 to 21 November 2012. The Energy Delta Convention Organization prides itself on making its events as press friendly as possible. However, we are adamant that complimentary press passes be given only to pure-play journalists—valid members of the mainstream press and trade media.

In order to help facilitate the journalistic process, we offer a helpful online support center and comprehensive convention access.

To apply for press registration please submit the following supporting documentation:

• Proposed scope of coverage

We do appreciate it to receive a (digital) copy of your press card and we kindly ask you to add this event to your event calendar.

Upon approval of your official application, members of the press will receive an official acceptance confirmation via e-mail.  

Pre-registered press will have their names and contact information included in attendee lists alongside convention exhibitors, speakers, hosts and sponsors.

Please Note:
Submitting a request for complimentary press registration does not automatically qualify you for an official press badge. Registration will not be granted for those who do not submit a press application or for those who submit incomplete information in the application process. Convention management retains the right to not approve a registration to any press applicant. Thank you very much for your cooperation and understanding.
