PhD seminar on natural gas and energy transitionDuring the Energy Delta Convention, on 23 November, the Energy Delta Institute (EDI) and the Groningen Energy and Sustainability Programme (GESP) will host a doctoral seminar on natural gas and energy transition. PhD students focusing on natural gas, energy transition, or a combination of the two are invited to attend this event. The seminar will give PhD students a podium to present their research to an audience of peers, professionals from the gas industry and experienced academics. You may either present a recently finished PhD research, a chapter from a PhD or even just the research design. In addition, participants are asked to review one of the submitted papers. In case time does not permit all of the participants to present, a selection will be made. Participants that are not selected to present are allowed to give a poster presentation. Each participant that presents will get feedback on their work. The seminar will help you optimize the relevance of your work both from a scientific and business point of view. Participants are free to join the sessions of the Energy Delta Conference that take place on the 23rd of November. Since there are costs involved for attending these sessions, there is a limited number of participants that will be able to attend this event for free. The first 20 participants that register to present their work at the PhD seminar can join without cost. For people who register after the first 20 participants, we will have to charge a fee of €50,- Location: Martiniplaza Groningen For more information please contact Steven von Eije or Bert Scholtens: S.J. von Eije Prof. L.J.R.
