The Energy Delta Convention (EDC) offers third parties to organize side events on energy-related topics. A side event promotes the public image and activities of third parties. It has the potential of reaching out approximately 1000 persons in two days. A side event generates extra network opportunities for their organizers and their participants. Participants can walk over the exhibition floor, join the dinners, attend activities in the program and meet new people at coffee break and lunch time during the whole Convention.

While the organizers of the side event focus on setting up their program, such as inviting speakers and delegates from their networks, the EDC’s organizing committee takes care of all practical matters like venue, registration, drinks and food. 

Your burden of organizing an event will be considerably reduced. EDC brings into your side event all the energy and dynamics of a high-level conference.
