Children's Right to Participation

During this summer school students learn to analyse and discuss pressing and thorny problems regarding the children’s right to participation. They get acquainted with legal, ethical, logical, historical and empirical aspects and ways of analyzing, judging, and deciding.

Rembrandt's "Philosopher"

This summer school will offer a clear overview of different approaches to the study of the history of philosophy.

Participants will be encouraged to reflect upon their own practices of interpretation, and develop a more thought-through method to approach philosophical texts of the past.

Natural Teleology
This Summer School aims to bring together advanced students and established scholars working broadly on Spinoza’s thought, sources and reception. The goal of the Summer School is to create an international forum to stimulate scholarly exchange and conversations inspired by different approaches and methodologies.

What About the Family?

This summer school will explore new theoretical and practical approaches to address the challenges posed by responsibilities generated by new forms of healthcare and social care practice. In particular, we will examine the significance of people’s key relationships (such as with family and community), and how people deliberate and decide about their responsibilities.
