Do you have any questions, are you experiencing difficulties or are you not satisfied with the quality of the ICT facilities or services of the CIT, then you can report this with the CIT Servicedesk.

Complaint

When your report has not been correctly dealt with, promises made have not been kept, or when you feel that a representative has not behaved towards you in an appropriate manner, then you can submit a formal complaint.
