RUG number and password

As staff of the RUG you have received an account with which you have access to the ICT facilities of the RUG. This account is consists of your personnel number - also called RUG number - and a password.

You can use your RUG number for:

Access to Staff self service portal

• Option Terms of Employment Model

• The Surfspot store

• Elektronic databases and journals of the RUG-libraries

• Declarations

• E-mail

• Webplatform

• RUGplanner (scheduler)

• Nestor

• Ocasys

• Progress

• Big attachments (bars) via e-mail

• Acces to the Password Self Service Portal

You can use your RUG number and password to log into the facilities listed above.

If you password doesn't function anymore, or if you have lost your password you can go to the Password Self Service portal . By answering the secret questions you can personally restore or change your password.
