Dilalew Mekonnen (Ethiopia, 1983) in 2010 received a scholarship for a master Euroculture of 16 months (one semester at a European partner university Euroculture called a double degree program). Dilalew received his Bachelor of Education in English at Debub University and the Addis Ababa University, his Masters Journalism and Communications.

Magdalena Magina (Tanzania, 1965) received a grant for 12 months for a MSc Educational Effectiveness & Instructional Design.

Tadesse Simie Metekia (Ethiopië, 1984) received a grant beurs for 12 months for a LLM Criminal Law and Criminology. Tadesse Simie graduated cum laude in 2007 at the Hawassa University and works as a assistant lecturer at the Jimma University.

Vu Hong Hanh
(Vietnam, 1984) was awarded a grant for a Master Humanitarian Action for 18 months in 2008. Vu got her Bachelor Foreign Languages at the Hanoi University of Technology. She did an internship at several international organizations. Read here about her first impressions of Groningen.
Olga Pascenco (Moldavië, 1984) finished a Master Human Resource Management with a 12-month grant. Olga received a Bachelor Economics at the Academy of Economic Studies in Chisinau and a Bachelor Economics and Social Administration at the Paul Verlaine University of Metz in France.
