Companies are increasingly in need of flexible temporary staff with initiative, knowledge and a sense of responsibility. The growing demand for highly qualified staff means that it is in the companies' interest to contact potential staff at an early stage.

Kennispartner Personeelsdiensten is specialized in students at both HBO and university level working as temporary staff, currently only in the Groningen area. The employment agency was set up by two students of the University of Groningen.
