Talent development

Talent must be nurtured. We know that better than anyone.

This is why we offer talented staff members the chance to develop further. The Talent Development Programme supports our temporary and permanent staff in developing their academic skills. With the help of grants, staff can gain experience abroad.

Talent Travel is a programme that has been developed to give our non-academic staff the chance to gain work experience in a different job and at a different location.

All our staff can attend our internal training programmes and courses. Individual support is also nearly always possible.
